		<description><![CDATA[On a typical day you should expect to use about a shot glass full on sunscreen for exposed skin. If you are going to the beach expect to use more as you are exposing more skin. Also reapply it every hour as sweat and water will dilute your protection.

Added bonus you don’t have to wait till Easter to play with food coloring.</p>
