BLINKIES = in store SmartSource coupon dispensed near product, usually from red blinking box<br />
BOGO, B1G1 or B1G1F = Buy one get one free<br />
B2G1 = Buy 2 get one free<br />
B&#038;M = Brick &amp; Mortar, as opposed to an online store<br />
CAT or Catalina = coupon dispensed at register after purchase, usually has a red border<br />
CO = cents off coupon<br />
CRT = Cash register tape<br />
DCRT = Dated cash register tape<br />
DCRTC = Dated cash register tape with the price circled<br />
DND = Do Not Double (the coupon is not supposed to be doubled)<br />
DOUBLE COUPON = coupon that a grocery store doubles in value<br />
ECB = CVS Extra Care Bucks earned for purchases<br />
FAR = Free After Rebate<br />
HBA = The health and beauty aid section in the grocery store<br />
HT or HGT = Hang tags for refunds or coupons hanging on a product<br />
IP or IPQ = Internet Printable<br />
MFR = Manufacturer<br />
MIR = Mail In Rebate<br />
NED = No expiration date<br />
OAS = a coupon that is good on one purchase, any size<br />
OOP = Out of Pocket<br />
OOS = Out of Stock<br />
OSI = On a single item<br />
OYNO = On your next order<br />
PEELIE = coupon that you peel off the package<br />
POP = Proof of Purchase or store use for Point of Purchase<br />
PP = purchase price<br />
Q = Coupon or Qualifier<br />
QUALIFIER = The POP required for a refund offer that is physically taken from that package<br />
RC = Raincheck<br />
RR = Walgreen’s catalinas called Register Rewards<br />
SASE = Self Addressed Stamped Envelope<br />
SD = Store Display<br />
SF = Store form<br />
SMP = Specially Marked Packages<br />
STACKING = Using a store coupon and a manufacturer coupon for an item, IF the coupon itself does not restrict such usage.<br />
SUPER DOUBLES or DOUBLES = coupons that are doubled $1 + in value (ie, a $1 coupon = $2)<br />
TEAR PAD = A pad of refund forms or coupons found hanging from a store shelf or display<br />
TMF = Try Me Free<br />
TRIPLE COUPON = a coupon that a grocery store triples in value<br />
WSL = while supplies last<br />
WYB = When You Buy<br />
YMMV = Your Mileage May Vary= success of the attempt may vary at your store</p>

P&#038;G = Procter &#038; Gamble Sunday insert<br />
RP = Red Plum<br />
SS = SmartSource<br />
V = Valassis</p>
<p>You will find the insert abbreviations used when coupon matches are used. For example,<br />
(SS 11/7/09) refers to the SmartSource insert that was in the 11/7/09 Sunday newspaper.</p>
