Wax On! Wax On???
Thinking about being green in the kitchen? Don’t want to use plastic wrap because it takes forever to decompose and it is made from oil. Aluminum can’t be recycled either. So what should you use? How about wax paper? Be careful…
Most wax paper if coated with paraffin wax. Paraffin wax is made from oil and is a cousin to plastic. So what should you use? Soy based wax paper. You can get it from Amazon.com.
