Everyone loves hamburgers. Well almost everyone. But Veggies are another story. Mix 1 cup chopped onions, garlic and mushrooms sautéed in olive oil to 1 pound of ground beef. You have just added veggies to your diet and it did not taste bad. The flavor of the meat hides the yucky taste. Add a piece of lettuce to the bun and you have simply added veggies to your diet.
