Reading Labels – Whole Grain

Watch your packages. To be labeled a “good source of whole grains” the food must contain 8 to 15 grams per serving. It may meet want you want but check for preservatives, sugar and fats that you want to avoid. Just because it is labeled “healthy” doesn’t mean it is.
