Reading Labels – Organic

Watch your packages. Organic snacks can contain the same number or more calories and additives that the non-organic chips, cookies and crackers. Also it may have just as many preservatives, sugars and fats that you want to avoid. Just because it is labeled “healthy” doesn’t mean it is.
