Reading Labels – Sugar Free
Watch your packages. Sugar free does not mean sweetener free. Many sugar free products contain other man-made sweeteners that are worse than the normal sugared products. By managing your serving size of the sugar product you should have less cravings than the man-made sweeteners because you are satisfying not substituting the craving. Just because it is labeled “healthy” doesn’t mean it is.

I never thought of it that way. I may have to lay off the Splenda. You’re definitely right though. I usually take my coffees with some type of sugar substitute, then later in the day/week I would satisfy my sweet tooth by eating a candy bar or such.
Sigh. My sweet tooth is going to be the death of me.
