How to Save by Going Green – Water
Ditch bottled water and drink tap water. Tap water cost less per gallon. You reduce the amount of plastic bottles being sent to landfills. Remember plastic is made from petroleum so you can even reduce our dependence on foreign oil.

Nice tip! While we are talking about water, let me make a quick point too. Fresh water levels in many parts of the world have dropped alarmingly. Water shortage is a growing concern in regions like Southern California. So, the need to save water has grown in importance. Water conservation is a necessity in today’s world.
